Q: What forms of payment can I use?
A: We use PayPal to process all the orders and here you can either use PayPal or a variety of credit or debit cards. PayPal is a secure server and this way we never hold any of your bank details making the transaction extremely safe.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping rates depend on the weight of your order, what postal service you choose and where we are sending your shirts to. The total cost will be shown when you go through checkout and before we take your payment.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders placed before midday GMT Monday to Friday (10am on Saturdays) will be shipped the same business day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. We will notify you if there is a problem in dispatching your order.

Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Indeed we do. We are happy to send you our shirts anywhere. For international customers, the customer is responsible for paying any duties or excise taxes that may apply.

Q: What is your return policy?
A. All items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unworn. Shipping charges are not refundable. The cost of returning the items to us for refund is the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Is it safe to submit my payment information online?
A: Perfectly. PayPal has an unrivaled reputation for being both safe and secure.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: Access to customer information is limited only to authorized Bear University Staff. We will not sell or make available any information provided by you via our website to third parties except as required to enable us to fulfill your order.

Customer Information may be disclosed to the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisers in connection with any alleged criminal offence or otherwise where required by law.

Q: Where can I buy Bear University Tshirts?
A: At the moment we only sell our products online, however if you are a trader and would like to be a retailer for Bear Univeristy please use the contact us form to express your interest. 

Q: Can I be a model?
A: It’s a possibility that you could be the face we are looking for! We regularly need new models for our new shirts. Feel free to drop us a line if you are interested. It helps if you live in or regularly travel to London or Manchester, though we travel all over the country in the course of a year. You can see places we plan to be here. We are also looking for people who have bought and had photos in our shirts to show a wide variety of user photos. If you have any photos of you in one of our products please contact us so we can exchange details.

Q: I am a retailer. Do you sell wholesale?
